Invalid self-extractor configuration. This file may be corrupted.

This error is given when running a self-extracting Zip file is run and the filename (or the path it is in) contains a Unicode character. Rename or move the self-extracting Zip file so the path and filename do not contain any Unicode characters, e.g. C:\backup.exe
